The Process.

Gate 1 - Industrial Design & Concept Gate.

Gate 2 - Electronics and Mechanical Proof of Concept V1.

Gate 3 - Engineering Validation against requirements V2; feature testing and refining requirements.

Gate 4 - Design Validation - optimising the design, stringent mechanical & electronics reliability tests whilst bringing the product cost down.

Gate 5 - Kickstart the production “Tools”, finalise the factory supply chain and full product certification .

Gate 6 - Tweaking the design for the chosen manufacturing factory, optimising the factory’s assembly processes and testing the supply chain with a Pilot Run of x100 to x500 units.

Gate 7 - Final Quality Control inspection and retrospective with the factory’s team to ensure the production processes are optimised for mass production.
